* A birth pack full of useful information and exercises which will assist towards your preparations for birth. plus I also have a number of books available for you to borrow.

* Birth Pool hire

* Two antenatal visits when we will talk about possible previous birth experiences, birth physiology,OFP and any other topics you would like to know more about. Each meeting lasts around 2 hours and extra meetings can also be arranged.

* Telephone consultations and contact via email as is needed to answer questions, concerns or queries. I will help you to get the information you need!

* I will provide assistance in helping you decide on your birth preferences. this enables me to know what your wishes are for your birth so that I can be the best support for you and your partner.

* On call 24-hours from 10 days before your due date until your baby is born. You can call me at anytime during this period for reassurance and support. Should your baby decide to make an early entry before the on-call period I will do everything I can to support you.

* Continuous emotional & physical support during labour and delivery. No time limits or shift changes! Then I will stay with you for around two hours after the birth or until you feel settled and happy for me to leave.

* One postnatal visit and during this time I can assist with breast feeding, if need be, share together in the memories of your birth and admire your precious baby!

* I am available for consultation by phone and email during the first six weeks after the birth.
